This coming Saturday, October 4, 7:00 – 8:00pm at Stellar Beans, Itinerant Theatre (IT)  proudly hosts previews of two upcoming Lake Area theatrical productions.  (1) Itinerant Theatre introduces Louisiana Women: Bound and (2) the Lake Charles Little Theatre gives glimpses into its upcoming production of the musical, Macabaret.  

In the first, IT premiers two one-woman plays, Eliza and Rachel and returns to the stage Marie Thereze —  all three bound by slavery in pre-Civil War Louisiana.  All three are part of the composite of plays, Louisiana Women, by Carolyn Woosley.  Joy Pace directs Sierra Jones, Jo Ann Hanks and Leah Howard. Macabaret, directed by Joseph Frazier, is a collection of humorous storysongs which twist towards the morbid.  The show itself runs three weekends, mid-October at 819 Enterprise Blvd.  Visit  www.thelclt.com for details.
